As a proposed kindergarten for the children of Kosovo, THE
BUILDING BLOCKS is an explorative learning center using
the different parts of the building to create a comprehensive
design. The building includes a Daycare, a Kindergarten,
a Cafeteria, and an Arts and Music Room.
